setup.res.????.dll during Team Foundation Server install

ISO image of Team Foundation Server CD is extracted onto the local hard drive. Setup.res.????.dll error appears after executing Setup.exe for Team Foundation Server. Found two resolutions to this issue: 1) Create a CD from the ISO and install from the CD rather than executing from the extracted image (that you created with ISOBuster or another solution), 2) Utilize a CD virtualization software package (like Virtual CD) to represent a CD drive and install from there.
