			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>When running the Team Foundation server install I ran into this error &#8230; &#8220;Unable to connect to the Windows SharePoint Services at MSI-PA-1471&#8243; &#8230; popping up about 3/4 through the install.  The work around for this is (found via this <a href="http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=218090&amp;SiteID=1">post</a>) is to validate the port on your Sharepoint Central Administration IIS virtual server.  If you had to go through multiple installs of WSS on this server the default port of 17012 is no longer used.  Change this port to 17012 and try the install again &#8230; you should be all set!</p>

<li>Save the file to the local drive</li>
<li>Close MS Project</li>
